Payment

You can pay with credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay, PayPal and purchase on account. In the order process, you can select the payment method under "Payment & Shipping". Please be aware that the choice of payment method may be limited in individual cases.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Payment process

Select "Credit card" as payment method during the order process. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to enter your credit card details. It is best to have your credit card details ready (card company, cardholder name, card number, expiry date and security code). As soon as the entry of the data is completed, the order will be processed.

In rare cases, we may need to perform a credit card check for security purposes. This process must be carried out in rare cases in order to counteract possible abusive debits and thereby guarantee you security.

Mastercard Secure Code / Verified by VISA

This is a security code activation by your credit card provider. You received this code when you activated your credit card. Please contact your credit card provider if you do not have a code.

Sofortüberweisung

Sofortüberweisung is one of the easiest and most secure online payment services with TÜV-approved data protection. The transfer takes place in real time and is therefore faster than prepayment. You don't have to register, top up an interim account or enter your credit card details. The only thing you need is an online bank account. Sofortüberweisung is a free service and there are no transaction costs.

Payment process

Select "Sofortüberweisung" as payment method during the order process. After you have confirmed your order, you can log in with your bank code or BIC and confirm your payment with PIN and TAN. Please indicate your order number and the name under which the order was placed on the bank transfer slip or in your e-banking order in order to ensure quick processing. As soon as the amount is credited to our account, we can process your order.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay online easily, quickly and securely. All you need is a PayPal account, which works like an online bank account. Registration is free of charge. You only have to enter your data once and you can safely shop at any online shop that offers PayPal without having to enter or pass on your data every time.

Payment process

Select "PayPal" as payment method during the order process. After confirming your order, you will be guided through the payment process without having to enter any further data. As soon as this process has been completed, we will continue to process your order.

If you did not complete the payment process during the online order, you can do this at any time later. To do this, go to your PayPal account under 'My account' to 'Orders' and click on "Not yet paid - pay now". As soon as the payment has been made, the order can be processed further by us.

Apple Pay

Pay more securely and confidentially with Apple Pay

Simple, fast and convenient

Apple Pay makes it easier and more secure for Apple users to pay in shops, apps and online with iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac. You can complete purchases quickly with the devices you use every day. Apple Pay also makes it safer and faster to pay online and in apps because you no longer need to create an account or fill out complicated forms. You don't have to present anything or enter your payment information - you pay directly. All you need is the Wallet app, where you store your account information once.

Pay securely

When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number along with a unique transaction code. Your full card number is never stored on your device or Apple servers, and is never shared with merchants. Apple Pay does not store transaction data that can be traced back to you. This ensures that your purchases are confidential.

Payment process

Select "Apple Pay" as your payment method during the ordering process. You can connect Apple Pay with both credit and debit cards. You then confirm your payment effortlessly and securely via Face ID or Touch ID. On your MacBook Pro, confirm your purchase via Touch ID on the Touch Bar. If you use a MacBook or a Mac without Touch Bar, the iPhone or Apple Watch will take over the ID process. Please note that all devices use the same iCloud accounts for this and you must first activate payment on your MacBook or Mac in your Apple Wallet app.

Purchase on account

Purchase on account is available for orders on products in stock. It's one of the easiest and most secure online payment services, and it's also very privacy-conscious. The order details you enter with the payment provider are checked immediately. After successful confirmation of the payment provider, the order is processed immediately. You do not have to register or provide your bank details. Purchase on account is a free service and there are no transaction costs.

Payment process

Select "purchase on account" as payment method during the order process. After you have confirmed the order, you will receive a reminder with all the data you need to successfully settle the invoice. In the mail you will find the data like your individual account number, the amount and your identification code. Please indicate the individual identification data and your name under which the order was placed on the transfer voucher or in your e-banking order in order to ensure a quick processing. As soon as the amount is credited to our account, we can successfully complete your order.
