What do we offer?

The lifestyle brand 100% Nutrition offers the best raw materials and 100% transparent formulations so that everyone understands what is contained in the products and what they help you do. The products only offer ingredients that have been proven to make a difference. We put a lot of emphasis on value for money, so you get the best quality for an affordable price. 

 

How do I reach 100% Nutrition Support?

You can reach our service team via the contact form. Please include your order number with your enquiry to speed up the process. You should normally receive a response within 24 hours. We treat every customer personally, which is why there are sometimes longer waiting times.

 

Can I order over the phone?

You can only order online at 100% Nutrition. If you have technical problems, you can use our contact form. Please briefly describe your technical problem here.

 

Payment

Which payment methods are available at 100% Nutrition?

You can pay with credit card (Visa and Mastercard), instant bank transfer and PayPal.

Please state your order number and the name under which the order was placed on the bank transfer slip or in the e-banking order to ensure quick processing.

What do I do in case of problems with the PayPal payment?

You can also send money via PayPal instead of transferring it. Please enter the email address paypal@der-schweighofer.at. If you have questions about the payment, please fill out the contact form.

 

What do I do if I have problems with the payment?

If you have any questions about ordering, payment and shipping, please fill out the contact form. You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.

 

Shipping

Which shipping company do I use?

We normally ship our goods via DHL and GLS.

 

How does the tracking work?

As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. You can use this to track where your delivery currently is and when it will be with you.

 

My parcel still hasn't arrived - what can I do?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail, which you can use to track the status of the delivery. If this does not work or if you have any questions, please fill out our contact form.

 

My parcel has been damaged in transit - what can I do?

Please check your parcel immediately upon receipt. In the case of parcels with obvious transport damage, please be sure to notify the delivery agent upon acceptance and point out that the damage will be noted - or refuse acceptance altogether. If necessary, check the contents for completeness and damage in the presence of the delivery person. If you have a complaint, please fill out our contact form. Later complaints due to damage or missing contents cannot be accepted. The reason for this is that we may not be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

 

How do I return my package (returns)?

You have the right to withdraw from purchases made through our online shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The return to us then works as follows:

 

Pack 

Please send the goods back to us carefully packed in the original packaging, undamaged, without signs of use and including all labels.

 

Enclose documents

Please complete our cancellation form and enclose it with a copy of the invoice. Please note: Without an express declaration of intent and a copy of the invoice, we cannot process the cancellation or can only process it with delay - in such a case, we unfortunately have to charge a processing fee of EUR 29.

 

Sending

If the package is well sealed, you can now post it with sufficient postage. 

 

Wait for the e-mail

After the return has been checked in our office, you will be informed about the further procedure. A confirmation with all details will follow by e-mail. 

 

In order to meet the deadline, the return must be sent within the 14 days. If the return is not faultless (e.g. use beyond testing, soiling, damage to the goods or the original packaging...), the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure to return the entire scope of delivery of the returned product including the original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

 

Please be sure to keep the shipping receipt. In the event of a lost package, we will need it for tracking purposes. We will only take responsibility once the package has reached our warehouse. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have received the package.

 

If you have cancelled the contract, we must refund all your payments in respect of this product immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received the goods concerned. This applies including the shipping costs, but with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. Repayments will only be made after complete receipt of the goods.

 

Newsletter

Do I have to pay for the newsletter?

No, the 100% Nutrition newsletter is of course free of charge! This way you will always be the first to know which product or flavour is new in the range and you will never miss any news.

 

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

There is a button at the end of each newsletter. One click is enough and we will take you off the mailing list. If you still receive mails, please fill out our contact form. Thank you!

 

I did not receive my voucher!

In the mail with the first newsletter you will find a link to confirm receipt. As soon as you have done this, you will receive your welcome voucher from 100% Nutrition!

 

How do I redeem my vouchers at 100% Nutrition?

You can use the voucher/discount code during the checkout process at 100% Nutrition. Before you click on the "Checkout" button, you will see the field "I have a voucher" in the middle. If you tick this box, you can enter the letters or numbers of your voucher code.

 

Order/Returns

Why do I see an error message?

When ordering online, it can happen that something does not work technically. Classic first aid measures for this are the use of a different browser (e.g. Firefox instead of Chrome or vice versa) or an incognito window.

If this does not help, please fill out the contact form and explain your problem.

 

How do I cancel my order or can I make changes afterwards?

Unfortunately, subsequent changes are not possible. You have a maximum of 30 minutes after receipt of your order to cancel it. In any case, please contact our service team as soon as possible using the contact form. Please be sure to mention your order number! If a direct cancellation is no longer possible, you can refuse to accept the package. We will then return the goods to you and refund the purchase price.

 

Where can I change my address?

Of course, we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible so that the goods reach you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you only have a short time to change your address after your order has been received. Please contact our service team immediately via our contact form. Please state your order number and the new address!

How long does it take for my return to be processed? Which products can I return?

You can return unopened products up to two weeks after purchase. In the interest of our customers, we carefully check returned products. This means that processing may take a little time. If you have not received your money within two weeks after returning the product, please contact our service team via our contact form. Please be sure to mention your order number! Our payment to you will be made in the same way as you made your payment to us before.

 

Delivery

How long does the delivery take?

A normal delivery takes 1-3 days within Austria. To Germany or Switzerland it takes approx. 3-5 days. As soon as your products are in the shopping cart, you will be shown an approximate delivery date.

 

How high are the shipping costs?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a general statement on this. It depends on the country and the quantity ordered. Your personal delivery costs will be displayed in the shopping basket when you place your order (before you pay, of course!). We will waive the shipping costs for orders over a certain amount. You will find the list in the footer of our webshop.
